A “Good Credit” profile usually refers to someone who:

• Is a home owner or tenant with an average to above average salary.
• Appears consistently on the voters roll.
• Has no missed payments or CCJ’s (County Court Judgements).
• Has held previous loans, credit cards, mortgages etc. and met the payments on time.
• Has no large outstanding debt (excluding mortgage).

A “Poor Credit” profile usually refers to someone who:

• Has historic or smaller more recent CCJ’s (County Court Judgements) or defaults.
• With recent missed credit card or loan payments.
• Has past or historic mortgage arrears.
• Has outstanding balances on credit cards and/or multiple loans outstanding.
• Is not registered on the voters roll.
• Has little or no credit history.

A “Bad Credit” profile usually refers to someone who:

• Has CCJ’s (County Court Judgements) or defaults.
• Has multiple missed credit card or loan payments.
• Has mortgage arrears.
• Has large outstanding balances on credit cards and/or multiple loans outstanding.
• Is not registered on the voters roll.
• Has little or no credit history.
